Maintenance and maintenance of bending machine
Type B uses the national standard GB7148-81 and the international ISO7150/1-1948 standard salicylic acid photometric method as the basic test means, supplemented by sample colorimetric reaction pretreatment, to achieve rapid and accurate colorimetric determination of samples, with stable,SensitiveReliable and mercury-free.
Before the machine tool is maintained or wiped, the upper die should be aligned with the lower die and then put down and shut down until the work is completed. If startup or other operations are required, the mode should be selected manually to ensure safety. The maintenance contents are as follows:
1. Hydraulic oil circuit
1) Check the oil level of the oil tank every week. If the hydraulic system is repaired, it should also be checked. If the oil level is lower than the oil window, hydraulic oil should be added;
2) The hydraulic oil used in this machine is ISO HM46 or MOBIL DTE25;
3) The oil should be changed after 2000 hours of operation of the new machine, and the oil should be changed after every 4000 to 6000 hours of operation. The oil tank should be cleaned every time the oil is changed;
4) The oil temperature of the system should be between 35 ℃ and 60 ℃, and should not exceed 70 ℃. If it is too high, it will cause deterioration and damage of oil quality and accessories.
2. Filter
1) Each time the oil is changed, the filter should be replaced or thoroughly cleaned;
2) If the machine tool has related alarms or other filter abnormalities such as unclean oil, it should be replaced;
3) The air filter on the fuel tank should be checked and cleaned every 3 months, and it is best to replace it every 1 year.
3. Hydraulic components
1) Clean the hydraulic components (base plate, valve, motor, pump, oil pipe, etc.) every month to prevent dirt from entering the system, and no cleaning agent can be used;
2) After the new machine is used for one month, check whether there is any deformation at the bending part of the oil pipe. If there is any abnormality, it should be replaced. After two months of use, the joints of all accessories should be tightened. When this work is carried out, the system should be shut down. Pressure
